Our team built the business plan, and pitched to “ask” for investment. A high-level analysis to determine whether this is a viable venture.
We were asked to:
Evaluate the core business metrics
Investigate the impact of licensing IP
Analyze operational considerations
Estimate development and capital expenditures
Identify key risks and assumptions.
Outcomes
We provided professional-level interim updates every other week. I focused on sell-through, attendance, income, ROI, and sensitivity testing. We received a high mark and overwhelmingly positive feedback.
